iPod Happiness
Jun. 2nd, 2007 10:16 amSo, I know that most of you will have a good laugh at my expense for being SO late to jump on this bandwagon but I am now the proud owner of an iPod, thanks to my dear
acebaretta .
Why didn't you people TELL me these things were so much fun?!
It's a 4th Gen iPod, so I can't watch House or Heroes or Homestar Runner on it but its doing JUST fine with my music and I'm really getting quite addicted to getting every last one of my CDs stored on this lil thing. I'll probably never buy another CD again and the ones I do have will get boxed up and stored so I can actually free up some space.
I was also gratified to find two of my data disks that contained all the files I downloaded from the glory days of free Napster and rampant piracy back in my undergrad days. Most of those songs I had already burned to disk...EXCEPT for my collection of WWE wavs, including promos from Edge and Christian and the Rock. Oh sweet sassy mollassy, I'm so happy to find these things, especially my 5 Second Poses from Edge/Christian. "Kickin' it Joe-C Style" is especially choice. I'll see what I can do to get a few of those uploaded for your listening pleasure in the future.
*does a happy dance*
Now, all I need in order to complete my iPod ensemble is a car charger and a FM transmitter, so my super kick-ass stereo system will not go defunct with my lack of CDs.
In other news, I have been kicked out of my bathroom so that it can get totally repainted. Cool.
Oh, and for anyone who is a Live fan, I'm rocking out to Mental Jewelry, which I would argue is up there with Throwing Copper in excellence.
