*big hugs* Yeah, I'm keeping away from all icepicks and news sites today. I REALLY hate the media aspect most of all. Otherwise, it was a spectacular game and a well fought battle by both teams. I think without that garbage about crapping all over these teams after one loss just drives me batshit crazy. I mean, yeah we know that Dirk and Steve are neck in neck, but these people STILL wont let the Mavs forget the finals. And yes, I think if I hear the word "choke" today, I'LL have to choke a bitch.
I love me some Nash. I really really do and he played magnificently last night. I cant hate him for that. I can be angry at how he can seemingly keep his cool in the face of all this. I dunno. I really wanted the Mavs to pull this one off and they were just so damn close. And I really want Dirk to get his first MVP award and I'm worried that its games like this that WILL sway the decision making process. I dunno. As I said, I love Nash...but Dirk needs some MVP lovin' too...
