Do you remember the scene where he comes over for dinner to see Lucy's family? The way he took off his cape?! Holy crap, I must have rewound that part a million times! The melty voice, the aura of command? Out. of. control. I wish I had seen him onstage so I could have chucked my underwear at him!

Bebop is great (i miss Adult Swim!!)
i never got to see much of Escaflowne but the movie and about a hundred AMV's

my all-time fave is Rorouni Kenshin <3 <3 i like Trigun of course, And Fushigi Yuugi. and Gundam Wing (cause Duo is adorable).

i think Vampire Hunter D was my first anime experience, way back in the day...

i think its worth it. i fell in love with it. it doesnt have the same sort of retro-jive thing going on as Bebop and Trigun do. its funny and colorful, but actually, a lot of its based on true events and characters. i learned a ton about japanese history watching this one.

and for some reason, Kenshin reminds me a LOT of V :D
