FUCK the fact that I didn't want to stay up this late only to get this pissed off and stressed at this fucking game. I feel like I'm going to fucking puke over this game.

FUCK the people who are going to shit all over the Mavs because we fucking lost to the goddamn fucking Phoenix suns because Nash is too fucking good for his own good.  FUCK the haters who are going to say that we'll never get a ring because we choke in situations like these. 

Oh and a HUGE fuck you to all the people who will either say or let this sway who gets MVP. FUCK you all and go eat shit.  Dirk still deserves it and nothing will make me think otherwise.

As someone who has no bias towards either team, that was an amazing fucking game.

But omg as a Mavs fan I'd probably want to stab myself in the head with an icepick.

There was a similar-type game that the Jazz played against Memphis earlier in the year. From the outside looking in, it was a great great game but holy shit I was about ready to hop a plane to Utah and tie the Jazz together and throw them to the bottom of the Great Salt Lake, which would take a lot of effort, with it being so salty. But I was that goddamn angry at them for losing.

That being said though, it was the exact same thing, media-wise, which was partially why the loss made me so inexplicably upset and frustrated! Every single game they've played has been treated as a barometer for their ENTIRE SEASON and it pisses me off. They can't just lose a game and have it be that, a loss. I'm so sick of hearing "overachieving" and "fluke" with my Jazz, just like I'm sure the Mavs fans are sick of hearing "choke" and "soft" and afdsifk now I'm mad too.

This was supposed to be all...lighthearted. Goddamn you, basketball.

*big hugs* Yeah, I'm keeping away from all icepicks and news sites today. I REALLY hate the media aspect most of all. Otherwise, it was a spectacular game and a well fought battle by both teams. I think without that garbage about crapping all over these teams after one loss just drives me batshit crazy. I mean, yeah we know that Dirk and Steve are neck in neck, but these people STILL wont let the Mavs forget the finals. And yes, I think if I hear the word "choke" today, I'LL have to choke a bitch.

I love me some Nash. I really really do and he played magnificently last night. I cant hate him for that. I can be angry at how he can seemingly keep his cool in the face of all this. I dunno. I really wanted the Mavs to pull this one off and they were just so damn close. And I really want Dirk to get his first MVP award and I'm worried that its games like this that WILL sway the decision making process. I dunno. As I said, I love Nash...but Dirk needs some MVP lovin' too...

Thanks for the article; it was a must needed read after suffering through what was truly, objectively, a fantastic game. Our boys were being kinda rough on each other last night, or was that just me seeing that?

Thanks for the love, hon. LOL Man, its amazing what our favorite sports teams put us through. What's funny is that I think I remember that White Sox game. If you felt the way I did last night, *hugs* for you. Seriously, like my bud above says, it was probably the best game of the regular season but as she says, I wanted to stab myself with an ice pick over some of the stupid fouls that lost us points. We literally lost by 2 points...one shot..in overtime, which spun me into a realm of pissed off that I'm not even sure I felt in the finals last year! LOL
